Trophy Exteriors recently installed a new roof on a property we own. She explained in detail what the adjuster found, went over all the paperwork, and answered all our questions in detail. I am very happy that I found Trophy Exteriors after our recent hail storm. They talked me through the process of getting the roof replaced (and if you are using insurance - it's a real process) and helped answer questions and clarify issues with the insurance company to get us exactly what we needed. Grace came to the house several times and it was always a pleasure talking to her, although it was a busy time she never let me feel like I was asking too much and made time for my many questions.
On the day of the installation the crew showed up early, were super polite, and worked their tails off, finishing on time even after uncovering some issues that couldn't be seen by a roof inspection.
